Branding
Simple bold text and design was chosen to support the understanding of elderly people that were partially sighted. I wanted the cards and experience to be as inclusive as possible, and as the interaction was designed with elderly people in mind I moulded the design on their potential needs. Red, white and black were chosen as they are strong colours and the high contrast is easy to read, but also echos the colour scheme of traditional playing cards as well which allowed fluidity and unity between the different elements.
